Exterior & Façade Painting
Certified waterproofing, vertical work with approved equipment and high-durability finishes built for the Spanish climate.
The coastline around Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa puts façades through a demanding combination: intense sun almost all year round and sea salt in the air, which degrade conventional paint far sooner than expected. We use paints and primers specifically designed for coastal environments, with greater resistance to salt, UV rays and temperature swings.
Before painting, we check the real condition of the surface: damp, cracks or flaking are treated and waterproofed first, so the final finish lasts years rather than months. Work at height is carried out with approved equipment and the corresponding safety measures, on both single-family homes and community blocks.
Is it a residents' community façade? We have a dedicated service — see community and block painting.
The process starts with an inspection of the façade's real condition: damp, cracks, flaking, or areas where the old paint is coming away. Each of these problems is treated specifically before any new coat is applied — painting over a poorly prepared façade is the most common reason exterior work doesn't last more than a couple of years.
We use sealing primers on porous surfaces or those with residual damp, and high-resistance plastic or silicate paints depending on the type of façade and its exposure. In areas very close to the sea, we reinforce with specific anti-salt products.
Work at height is organised with scaffolding or an elevating platform depending on the building's height and access, always with harnesses and the safety measures appropriate to the type of job.
The time of year matters too: we avoid painting exteriors in high summer, when extreme heat dries the paint too fast and compromises the finish, and on days with rain or very high humidity. Spring and autumn are generally the best seasons in this part of the Costa Blanca.

Frequently asked questions
How does being close to the sea affect the façade?
Sea salt and coastal humidity degrade conventional paint much faster. We use paints and primers designed for marine environments, with greater resistance to salt and UV radiation.
Do you work on multi-storey façades?
Yes, with approved equipment for vertical work (scaffolding or platform depending on the building) and all the corresponding safety measures.
Is waterproofing included?
It's assessed at the technical visit based on the real condition of the façade — if there's damp or cracking, it's treated before painting so the finish lasts.
What's the best time of year to paint the exterior?
Spring and autumn, generally. We avoid high summer (extreme heat dries the paint too quickly) and days of rain or very high humidity.
