Painters in Pilar de la Horadada
Pilar de la Horadada is the southernmost municipality in the Vega Baja, on the border with the Region of Murcia, with coastal towns such as Torre de la Horadada and Mil Palmeras besides its main town centre.
The municipality combines an inland town centre with several coastal towns — Torre de la Horadada, Mil Palmeras, Río Golf — each with its own character, from beachfront apartment blocks to villas and townhouses in more recent developments.
In the coastal towns, exposure to sea salt is just as relevant as elsewhere on the Vega Baja coast, so we apply the same materials resistant to marine environments on any façade job by the sea.
The municipality also has several inland developments linked to golf courses, such as Lo Romero or La Regia, with one- or two-storey villas and a mixed resident profile of Spanish and foreign owners.
Being the southernmost municipality in the district, work is scheduled with a little more advance notice than in areas closer to our base in Orihuela, though it's part of our usual service area across the Vega Baja del Segura.
If your home in Pilar de la Horadada also needs the interior renovated, we coordinate it on the same technical visit — see interior painting.
At the free technical visit we assess your home's real condition and give you a detailed, written quote, with no obligation.
For ballpark quotes before deciding, you can use the online estimator or check what determines the price depending on the type of home and its location within the municipality.
Torre de la Horadada, in particular, has an established seafront promenade with multi-storey buildings facing the sea, where salt exposure is at its highest and regular façade maintenance is especially important.
At the free technical visit we assess your home's real condition and give you a detailed, written quote, with no obligation and no fine print.
Homes close to the border with the Region of Murcia sometimes fall under slightly different local planning guidance, which we check with the town hall if a project involves a significant change to the exterior colour.
